CONTRACTING SERVICES

✦ Clients must clearly and precisely explain the desired services to begin the hiring process.

✦ You must be 18+ to commission NSFW artowk.

 

PAYMENTS AND REFUND

✦ Payment is made in advance in Reais through Pix, Dollars through Paypal or Ko-fi or Patreon. I will send the invoice to the email you provided.

✦ Make sure you can make payment within one week of commission confirmation.

✦ Payments must be made in full upfront.

✦ If circumstances prevent you from making payment within this time frame, please let me know and we can work something out.

✦ I will accept partial or late payments as long as a specific reason and deadline is provided.

 

✦ 50% refunds are available during Sketch.

✦ No refunds during Lineart/Color/Shading.

✦ No refunds for completed work.

 

DEADLINES

✦ The art commission process involves initial approval of a sketch, followed by completion of the piece in about a week. The artist maintains constant communication and weekly updates. Corrections are accepted free of charge until the draft is approved; After this step, major changes may incur additional costs.

✦ The art process takes 3 to 5 days, and the client has the right to request corrections during this period.

 

USAGE

✦ The commissioner can use my artwork for non-commercial purposes.

✦ Art can be used for media, as long as credit is given (Preferably with a link to my DA or FA).

✦ Any artwork made cannot be edited unless permission is given. Please ask if you want to edit [ex: Color in lineart commission]. Does not apply to bases, but under no circumstances are you allowed to edit my signature/watermark.

 

OTHERS

✦ No copying/tracing of any of my artworks, even if commissioned.

✦ I like a little artistic freedom, I try not to be too specific.

✦ I DO NOT work well with very demanding commissioners (this means editing lots of small things, eg. The leg needs to be 1 cm smaller, etc.)

✦ I cannot accept commissions from commissioners I cannot understand.

✦ You must speak at least conversational English or Portuguese.
